Before dispatch: cancel free. You can cancel any order until we hand it to the courier. Message +91 99706 68800 on WhatsApp or email support@shalomstore.in with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are simply closed.
After dispatch. Once the courier has the parcel, the order cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery, or receive it and use the Return and Refund Policy. For a refused prepaid parcel, we refund the product price once the parcel comes back to us; the shipping charge is not refunded.
Cash on Delivery no-shows. If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused or not collected without a reason, we may ask for prepayment on your next order.
Cancellation by us. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. We tell you by email or WhatsApp and refund anything paid in full.
Pre-orders and special orders. Books ordered specially for you from a publisher can be cancelled only until we place the order with the publisher, usually within 24 hours.
