Welcome to Shalom Store. These terms apply when you browse shalomstore.in or place an order with us. By ordering, you accept them.
1. Who we are

2. What we sell
Bibles, Christian books, and scripture gifts such as mugs, sipper bottles and wall frames. Books and Bibles are original publisher editions. Product photos show the actual item, but screen colours and print runs can differ slightly from what arrives.
3. Your account
You can order as a guest or with an account. Keep your password private; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. You must be 18 or older to order. Children’s Bibles and books are bought by an adult on the child’s behalf.
4. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Printed books are exempt from GST; gift items carry GST at the current rate, shown on your invoice. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see when you place the order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we will tell you before dispatch and offer the correct price or a full refund.
5. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email, not when you receive the order confirmation. We can decline an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our courier network, payment does not clear, or we suspect fraud. If we decline, anything you have paid is refunded in full.
6. Payment
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Cash on Delivery orders are paid in cash or UPI to the courier at the door.
7. Delivery, cancellation, returns
These are covered in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Stock
Many of our titles are imported in small quantities. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you within 2 business days and offer a refund or a wait for the next shipment.
9. Content and copyright
The Shalom Store name, logo, photographs and website text belong to ShalomStore.in. Book covers, titles and scripture translations belong to their publishers and copyright holders and are shown only to sell the products. Please do not copy our product photos or descriptions.
10. Reviews and messages
Reviews you post must be about a product you bought from us, honest, and free of abuse or advertising. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
11. Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or events outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. We will always try to settle a problem directly first; write to us before taking any other step.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
