Where we ship. Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve, through Shiprocket. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm. We do not ship outside India yet.
Dispatch. In-stock items leave us within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You receive a dispatch email and WhatsApp message with the tracking link.
Delivery times, after dispatch
– Pune city: 1 to 2 business days.
– Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and other metros: 3 to 5 business days.
– Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
– Remote and North-East pin codes: up to 12 business days.
These are courier estimates; festivals, weather and strikes can add days.
Shipping charges. Calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the delivery pin code, and shown before you pay. Cash on Delivery carries a small handling charge, shown at checkout.
Packing. Bibles and books are wrapped in bubble sheet and shipped in rigid cartons. Mugs, bottles and frames are packed in foam and double-boxed.
Tracking. Use the link in your dispatch message, or go to My Account › Orders. If tracking has not moved for 4 business days, tell us and we chase the courier.
Delivery attempts. Couriers make up to 3 attempts. If all fail, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we refund the product price, less the shipping charge, or re-ship at your request for a fresh shipping fee.
Address errors. Check your address and phone number before paying. A parcel returned because of an incomplete address is treated as a failed delivery, above.
Bulk and church orders. Orders for 20 or more copies are shipped by surface cargo at a quoted rate. Use the Bulk and Wholesale Orders page.
