We want the Bible or gift you ordered to arrive exactly as expected. If it does not, here is what we do.
What can be returned
Within 7 days of delivery, we accept returns for:
– a damaged item (torn cover, broken mug or frame, dented bottle);
– a wrong item or wrong edition;
– a printing defect, such as missing or duplicated pages.
What cannot be returned
– Books and Bibles that have been read, written in, or had the shrink-wrap removed, unless they are defective.
– Mugs, bottles and frames that have been used.
– Items returned without their original packaging and inserts.
– Change of mind after the item has been opened.
How to return
1. Within 7 days of delivery, message +91 99706 68800 on WhatsApp or email support@shalomstore.in with your order number, a short description, and photos of the item and the packaging. For mugs, bottles and frames, an unboxing video settles damage claims fastest.
2. We confirm the return within 2 business days and arrange a courier pickup where available. Where pickup is not available, we ask you to send the parcel to Nirmala Nivas, Dastur Meher Road, Pune 411001 and we reimburse the courier cost on an approved return.
3. We check the item when it arrives and process the refund or replacement within 3 business days.
Refunds
– Prepaid orders: refunded to the original card, UPI or bank account within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the item. Banks can take a further 2 to 5 days to show it.
– Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you give us.
– Return shipping is free for damaged, wrong or defective items.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement and we have stock, we send it free of charge as soon as the return is approved, without waiting for the original to reach us.
Damaged on arrival
Please check the parcel at delivery. If the outer box is crushed or opened, refuse it or note the damage with the courier, and tell us the same day.
